Notice of Copyright Manager

In order to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Artroof is providing the following notice of its Copyright Manager.

If you think that your copyright is being infringed by a business that has built its web site using Artroof, please contact the Artroof Copyright Manager, at copyrightmanager@artroof.com. Artroof has retained the right to terminate any Artroof customer web site and account if we believe that it is infringing on another party’s intellectual property right.

In your notice, please:

1. Provide an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

2. Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

3. Describe where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;

4. Provide your address, telephone number, and email address;

5. Provide a statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

6. Provide a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
